How fast do we get our content?
Finished assets land within 10 business days of each shoot. Premium clients get priority 5 business day turnaround.
How many revisions do we get?
Two rounds on every delivery. Most changes are turned around in two to three business days.
Who owns the content?
You do. You get full commercial usage rights for your brand across social, paid ads, web, email and print, with no expiry. We may show select work in our portfolio unless you'd rather we didn't.
Why a 3-month minimum?
Month one is learning your business. Months two and three are where it compounds: tighter briefs, faster shoots and content that performs.
What do we need to prepare?
Not much. We send a shot list a week out. You make sure the space, product and people are ready on the day.
Can we change or pause our package?
Upgrade any time. After the first 3 months you can move up, down or pause with 30 days' notice.
